07 May 2010 Is it necessary to register ypur firm with ICAI for tax audit?
Can I audit with my personal name say CA XYZ without applying for Firm name?
Can i also make stamp of my ind. name?

07 May 2010 It is not necessary to register firm name for conducting tax audit. so you can audit in your personal name & use stamp of your individual name
