Can a Chartered Accountant sign the tax audit report of the firm in which her parents and brother are partners? Will that be a misconduct.

Yes, misconduct vide clause (4) part 1 of 2nd schedule of CA Act,1949.

But is it ok if the chartered accountant discloses such fact in the report as per the notification No. 1-CA(44)/71. −
