According to DTC CS also do tax audit....Are CS competent enough to handle tax audit....

Yes they are equally competent. They also have direct and indirect tax and accounts in their curriculum. They also have due exposure in taxation matter. So there should not be any doubt regarding their competency to handle tax audit.
