Hello
Can a company be considered to carry on "Profession" of insurance broking under section 44AB of the I.T.Act or it should be taken as business of insurance broking.
Whether in general ,a company be considered to carry on a "Profession"?

In genral it is not the case. In your case chnaces are that it is business of insurance broking
