One of the trading proprietory firm has a TAN No, in the mean time the proprietor of the firm changes due to some reason. Can the Existing TAN no be used changing the details of Proprietor?

NO. NEW TAN NO REQUIRED AS 4TH ALPHABET OF TAN IS 1ST LETTER OF THE NAME OF PROPRIETOR OF THE FIRM. TAN IN THIS CASE IS ISSUED TO INDIVIDUAL. SO NEW TAN IS REQUIRED.
