TAN for new division

Please let me know whether it is necessary to take seperate TAN for new division in a company.Also pls advise me regarding documents to be submitted for taking such TAN in addition to form 49B

Based on your requirement the TAN can be taken for new division or can be opearate centrally in one place. your option
