21 May 2010 hiii i m sushil bansal, m user of tally 7.2 version plz tell me how to represent a additional tax duty on vat, because now VAT tax rates are changes. there are no option for these catagories, plz tell me how to create VAT tax class...

21 May 2010 VAT tax classes pre defined by the Tally software and regualrly updation provided by Tally support team based on the changes, you need to contact the tally solutions only

21 May 2010 Two major points I want to clarify

1. Tally 7.2 version Already stopped by tally and latest Tally ERP came so even you ask they first tell to change the version

2.For giving support first they ask the tally serial Number with demo version I dont think they will tell

I suggestion even demo module the Tally Help reference manual available you can try there for some solution
