22 May 2010 Please inform me if I have a Co.(form 1.04.2009 to till today) on tally9, now I want to create same company on tall9 from 1.04.2010 to 31.03.2011, since there is large number of ledger account in my company on my tall9, kindly inform me the way by which I could not have to recreate same accounts what are with the company since the date of creation 1.04.2009

22 May 2010 Yes.it can be done

Go to 2009-10 Tally - Display- List of Accounts
Export List of Accounts to XML format with specific location

now you close the 2009-10 and open 2010-11 and gate way of tally the option called import of data and master data an import the xml file from which you saved the specfic locacation
