First of all the school s aided or unaided, primary or secondary or both , P & L and Balance sheet, focus on losses, liabilities and the operational surplus or Deficit and the quantitiy & quality of staff with the school. What is the scaleof Fees , total number of students and the future expansion avenues.
Since I have spent more than 25 years in education line, I feel the objectives and long term goals from your side are also important.
