I am a business man and i use to file my return on time, one person had done tax evasion petition against me before income tax due to grudge, and declaring as whistler blower, that i have escaped tax and have lot's of benami property. now income tax department is unnecessarily harassing me, and examining my return and assets.
please tell me how to over come these problems.

if you hadnt done tax evasion why u r worried...
show them all ur records... u need to satisfy them by showing all proper documents
