Dear All,
I have given a contract to company for white wash of the my factory.will TDS be deducted on his service? If yes in which section.

TDS to be deducted u/s 194C @ 2%. Subject to threshold limit of Rs.30000/- Single Bill or Rs 75000/- Annual Payment. If PAN not given TDS to be deducted @ 20%.

1 % on HUF / Individual &
2% on Others,
Subject of minimum threshold limit of single bill / consolidated payment in the year ( Rs. 30000 / Rs. 75000)
