23 December 2015 I have heard that CENVAT credit id not available on Swatch Bharat Cess, If I am Collecting Swatch Bharat Cess and Same time i am paying also measn some other person also collecting from me then how i will adjust that swatch bharat cess that other person is collecting from me...

whether i have to make a net payment of swatch bharat cess?

23 December 2015 Regarding SBC Tax 0.50%

I have a doubt for payment of SBC Tax.

For Example:

Output SBC Tax 0.50% = 2000
Less: Input SBC Tax 0.50% = 1000

SBC Tax Payable = 1000/-

23 December 2015 No cenvat credit can be availed on SBC so you have to pay 2000 as output SBC.
