Sir, Presently i m doing Articleship,I want to take transfer and suspend the articles for some period of time(as iam having serious health problems).I am in first year of articleship.can i take transfer and suspend the articles for some period of time and join articles afterwards

Yes You can take ransfer.
While sending the form 109, inform ICAI that you intend to terminate the articleship and join at a later date through a covering letter.
