AFTER SURRENDERING THE ST REGISTRATION ONLINE WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCEDURE? WHETHER WE HAVE TO SUBMIT THE COPY OF SURRENDERED ST2 ALONG WITH THE 3 YEARS BALANCE SHEET, P & L AND COPY OF 6 HALF YEARLY RETURNS.

after filing of online application for surrender of service tax registration.. you have to submit a declaration along with the copy of last Years audited financial statements, copies of service tax returns for the last year and st returns till date, original st registration certificate

all these documents you have to file in service tax department to surrender the service tax registration.
