Dear Sir
A proprietor of restaurant was died so I made a surrender application. My Question is that whether new registration is to be made immediately after surrender for the same premise and same name and whether Rs. 10 Lacs limit exemption should applicable or not.

you may make a new registration at any point of time. Yes the exemption shall be available to you.
