Hi,
I have to surrender excise registration online, but when i click on surrender RC the message is showing, "You are not having rights to surrender this form".
Please do the needful.

You can surrender the excise registration online and after surrender you need to submit relevant document before concern authority. If any problem are arises then consult with any professional.
