Can anyone let me know that if actors go for surgery for their body parts then whether expenses will be treated as revenue or capital expenditure as there body parts are there asset. In case of shanti bhushan who was a doctor that was revenue exp. But what about in actor case

It is a personal expenditure hence no need to distinguish.
Ps:- Mr Shanthi Bushan is a lawyer and the case before Delhi High court was whether his heart surgery expenses is a 'business expenditure' or not.
