Please let me know which ITR Form is required to fill for an Educational Societ Registered Under "PUBLIC SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1350" and "INCOME TAX SLAB RATES FOR A.Y 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11.

### Suitable ITR Form for Educational Society:

* Such societies are generally **registered as charitable trusts or societies** and must file:

**ITR-7** — This form is specifically for:

* Charitable and religious trusts
* Political parties
* Other notified institutions including educational societies

### Why ITR-7?

* Because these entities are eligible for income tax exemption under sections like 11, 12, 12A, 80G etc.
