Please let me know which ITR Form is required to fill for an Educational Societ Registered Under "PUBLIC SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1350" and "INCOME TAX SLAB RATES FOR A.Y 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11.

### Suitable ITR Form for Educational Society:

**ITR-7** — This form is specifically for:

* Charitable and religious trusts
