IN the instructions to the SUGAM FORM is it given with which form to fill the form.
Can this form be stapled vertically at 2-3 places while filing the return ? As later it will be unpinned by the department to feed it into the reader machine or will the machine be able to read the form opened as a bound book also ?

it will go opened for ocr, then they will do "string filing" as they do in govt departments.

Ink specification for manual filling of the form is not mentioned in the instructions. Form can be stapled for safety purposes.

If it is through the computer then automatically it is in black ink otherwise the department insists on black ink although no where it is mentioned in which ink it is to be filled.
