IN the instructions to the SUGAM FORM is it given with which form to fill the form.
Can this form be stapled vertically at 2-3 places while filing the return ? As later it will be unpinned by the department to feed it into the reader machine or will the machine be able to read the form opened as a bound book also ?

Mr. Sumit Pl mind your words. I don't guess here. You can see my 8000 and odd answers as a proof of my way of observations to the queries raised by the members of this club. Coming to the issue, my reasoning is given.

If it is through the computer then automatically it is in black ink otherwise the department insists on black ink although no where it is mentioned in which ink it is to be filled.
