15 November 2012 IF a Company has a foreign subsidiary is there a need to enter the CIN in Form 23AC of the holding company giving details of subsidiary?

If the foreign company have a CIN and it is operational then it is required to give the details in Director Report. If you have CIN then you can mentioned otherwise not.
