28 June 2017 Sir/Madam I have deposited Income Tax u/s 140A as a letter was received for not filing the income tax return for the period mentioned above. My source of income is from salary .And TDS is also deducted. Now I am unable to submit my return. Please suggest me how to submit the return.

28 June 2017 In the income tax return form, under ' ITR information ' choose 142(1) from the drop down menu for ' section under which return is filed '. Then filing is possible.
