11 March 2009 Hi.
My doubt is should we include the holidays like Independence day, Deepavali etc in our leaves or not?

Should we consider them to be the working days?

11 March 2009 National Holidays ,Festival Holidays and sundays which is granted by Government should not includes while calculation your Leaves
They all should excluded from calculation, you should not concider that periods
