actually i m confused in stock trf from one godown to another for eg; trf of material from Mumbai branch to Hariyan branch whether any taxes are applicable in this case....????

06 August 2010 You can transfer material from your own branches or to your consignment agents using Form F (Hope your all offices are registered under local state VAT & CST).One form F is being can be used for all transfers during a month.Pl ensure that your RC has been endorsed with all of your branches address or you had send a proper intimation to the department about your all over india office (applicable for all offices).Also dont forget to use road permits/way bill which different state have different forms & format while sending the material.
