Dear All Expert
if Material (not finish product)out of stock is theft by someone than what is the point of view Excise and Dvat on that theft stock matter.

Since it has not been put into the process, under VAT the credit maybe reversable due to change in use and under central excise as not used in manufacture. you may like totake other feedback also.
