Dear sir,
what is the minimum stipend for article students in his first year? and i heared that it increased between 2500 to 3000? is it applicable now?

No, Institute has not issued any notification on this.
As per Regulation 48:
Stipend Classification is based on the normal place of service of the articled assistant. During the first year of training
1. Cities/towns having a population of twenty lakhs and above then stipend is Rs.1000/-
2. Cities/towns having a population of four lakhs and above but less than twenty lakhs then stipend is Rs.750/-.
3.Cities/towns having a population of less than four lakhs then stipend is Rs.500/-.
