If I clear my IPCC during the training period, whether the stipend is above than the normal rates. If that is then provide the rates.

stipend's minimum payable rates are increase as the period of article-ship extends
so increment in minimum rates will be after you complete 1st year , 2nd year
passing ipce will not affact it, however if your employer discovers that you are elegible to get more than he can pay you more than minimum rates
