25 January 2017 Dear Sir I am A Viswa Chandan, I am starting a startup and i would like to do registration of my own as a startup i cant afford huge money to others and make a inc. Certificate so In order to make my self i want to know what all things are necessary from registering a Private limited company and also if you can please send me the download links of pdf forms and i will start my registration. Kindly note that for incorporating a company you need the assistance of professionals like company secretary in practice as the forms require certification, if you file the form yourself it will be rejected by ROC.

26 January 2017 Promoter's alone can't incorporate,since forms has to be digitally signed by professionals.
