Dear Sir I am A Viswa Chandan, I am starting a startup and i would like to do registration of my own as a startup i cant afford huge money to others and make a inc. Certificate so In order to make my self i want to know what all things are necessary from registering a Private limited company and also if you can please send me the download links of pdf forms and i will start my registration. Dear Anni,
Kindly note that for incorporating a company you need the assistance of professionals like company secretary in practice as the forms require certification, if you file the form yourself it will be rejected by ROC.
