i have gifted to my sister 100 shares of NSE listed in company.
now i m making a gift deed in her favour, please let me know , what amount of stamp paper i should purchase for making gift deed in Mumbai.

The value of stamp paper will depend on the value of shares on the date of transfer.
Rs. 100 stamp paper for value till Rs. 1 lakh.
