1. MOA - Rs. 1,000/-
2. AOA - up to Rs. 10,00,000/- authorised capital - Rs.2,000/-
> Rs. 10,00,000/- and upto Rs.25,00,000/- Rs.5,000/-
> Rs. 25,00,000/- 0.50% of authorised capital.
2. AOA - up to Rs. 10,00,000/- authorised capital - Rs.2,000/-
> Rs. 10,00,000/- and upto Rs.25,00,000/- Rs.5,000/-
> Rs. 25,00,000/- 0.50% of authorised capital.
