in case of investment company, earning only interest income as shown in business & profession.. can a salary expense is deductible from interest income????
is there any case law where salary exp is disallowed by assessing officer and the same is allowed in any further appeal?????

salary as paif to ur employee for doing ur business work is allowed so.

law is quiet clear that business exp is allowed to be deducted then yu want case law and law prevails over case law.
