01 March 2014 I am properitor of PreCrawler Hydraulics. I have done registration online. I am clear about Point 1 & 2

(a) copy of PAN,
(b) Proof of residence,
(c) Constitution of applicant at the time of filing an application for registration,
and
(d)Power of attorney would be required in respect of authorized person(s).

My problem :
(1)Right now i am having business's premisess is owned by my dad so extactly i need to submit for that.

(2) what to submit for power of attorney of authorized person? since i am the managing guy (i am engineer by profession) so what exactly to submit

01 March 2014 1) No objection certificate / rent agreement from your Dad is required to substantiate the place of service to be registered.

2) If you yourself is appearing before the service tax authorities ,in the matter of registration,no need of POA.
