07 February 2015 If employee salary is more than 10 lakh per annam....he has to deduct service tax from employer???

07 February 2015 Service Tax not applicable. Provision of service by an employee to the employer in the course of or in relation to his employment has been excluded from definition of Service. Please refer Section 65B(44).
