It is clear that GR-7 is to be submitted alongwith the ST3 for but GR 7 should be submitted in original or xerox copy.Pl clarify.

In Kerala copy is accepting from the very beginning.
Pl see rule 7(1) of the Service Tax Rules,1994 which permits to file copy only.

at the time of printing print two copy if you have only one copy then photocopy self attested to be attached.
