09 August 2013 In “construction of residential complex services”, the abatement criteria was changed w.e.f. 01-Mar-13 i.e. 75%/70%(depending upon the type of property,cost,area,etc.), by amending S.No. 12 of N/N 26/2012-ST vide N/N 02/2013-ST.
However, while selecting abatement in ST-3 utility for the period Oct’12-Mar’13, N/N 02/2013 is not reflecting at all.
Is there any other alternative, apart for selecting N/N 26-2012 only???

13 August 2013 I have found the solution for the aforesaid query---
While selecting Abatements----Select N/N 26/2012-ST
And thereafter, in “S.No.” column, S.No. 12 has been bifurcated into two categories----
(A) 12(i)---75% abatement(residential units with cost upto Rs. 1 Crores and carpet area doesn’t exceed 2000 sq ft)
(B) 12(ii)---70% abatement(other than above)
