one of my client applied st-1 amendement at 15-6-13 but he does n't give details to st office till dtae. what is the circumstances & how many days St dept. give for this submission?

Your client will have to submit the Form ST 1 along with necessary documents. Even if ST 1 is filled online. A printout along with the documents will have to be submitted to the Service Tax Department. After that Amended registration certificate in ST 2 will be issued/uploaded at website by the department. It takes around 15-30 days.
