27 October 2012 Is it mandatory to inform excise department if turnover cross 150 lac in case of SSI Unit and what is the format for the same?

27 October 2012 Manufacturer shall file the declaration in prescribed form with the jurisdictional AC/DC if his value of clearance in the previous financial year exceeds Rs. 90 lakhs.

However a SSI unit need not even file declaration if AGGREGATE VALUE OF CLEARANCES (AVC) are up to Rs. 90 lakhs during the immediately preceding financial year.

i already know the requirement of 90lac one time intimation.....

27 October 2012 As & When Cross Value of Clearance 150 Lacs, Then Need to register With Excise Department, & No Declaration as Such yet Prescribed by CBEC.
