Client is in manufacturing of machinery and auto parts, whether these goods are excisable?
Can he claim SSI exemption are there any declaration to be filed for avaling the same?

Yes, it is excisable goods. You can take the ssi exemption upto the 1.5cr turnover after this turnover you need to registered and pay duty.
