08 July 2011 i am a student of b.sc. (computer science) and i want to become a CA but i dont know anything about commerce so can you tell me that can i do it or not. my 10 and 12 percentages are 85% and 80% respectively............please reply me as fast as you can

09 July 2011 There is no good scope. Stick to your career lines if you never had commerce at school. You will do good in your present subjects.

10 July 2011 Yes you can do CA but you have to first learn accountancy and I have seen many B.Sc. students doing much better then B.Com students.

Hence do not loose your desire and join C.A.

11 July 2011 I agree with CA SS AGARWAL. No problem, you can do CA as Shri CA SS AGARWAL said number of science students learn better than Arts students and in my experience even engineering 2nd students were also came to CA and completed successfully.

Only burning desire is essential but not science or arts.
