Can a solvency certificate be issued by a Chartered Accountant.

A CA cannot issue any certificate which stating the solvancy of a person, It is a matter beyond the control of the person.On the other hand he can prepare report of financial position which shows that the party have good track records That help you to raise the further loans from the financial institutions.
