Solution for wrong proceessin by cpc

Sir/Madam,
I had filed my ITR-1 with ITD online in which I claimed a refund of Rs 1418.00 for the part time work done for Cholamandalam General Insurance Co..
Return has been processed by CPC but refund is not granted to me, then I filed my rectification request with CPC, but still CPC has not granted the refund.
TDS amount is reflecting in 26AS.
Now I do not know what to do know against wrong processing by CPC.
Please help me and provide me appropriate resolution.

1. Go through Form 26AS and check that the status of the TDS is "F" (Final).
If it is "U", contact your deductor and ask him to revise his return.
2. Check your return and ensure that you have entered correct TAN of deductor.
After you have ascertained the reason for non-allowance of TDS and corrected the error, file a rectification application.
