In service tax registration for individual,
entity name " xyz service"
or
sole proprietor name (aa per Pan card name)
Which name the service tax ST - 2 certificate,will service tax department issue according to current law
need clearance in this regards

in ST-1 the applicant has to mention the business name run by the proprietor. furnish documentary evidence for that name, address and pan card of proprietor.
the ST-2 is issued in name of business showing individual as proprietor , using the PAN number of proprietor.
the ST-2 is issued in name of business showing individual as proprietor , using the PAN number of proprietor.

In ST-1 there is 2 options, one is applicant name and another Applicant name as per PAN. Certificate will be issued as per Applicant name
