I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW THAT HOW CAN WE GET PAN NO. OF THE HOUSING SOCIETY.CAN WE GET PAN NO.JUST FROM THE NAME OF THE SOCIETY ??OR CAN WE GET PAN NO.FROM REGISTRATION NO.OF THE SOCIETY?? AND HOW DO WE COME TO KNOW ABOUT WHICH ASSESSING OFFICER IS MAINTAINING THE FILE???

you can get PAN No of society. The application form have to fill up the "NAME" as approved and registered in bye law of society or registar of society of concerned state. The juridication of assessing officer will determain on the basis of head office shown in bye law of society.
