One of our Educational Institution having gross receipts more than 1 crore but No 12 A exemption, my query is whether books of a/c,s are to be audited,in which section applicable to claim exemption and what type of audit report to be submit. Please give me clarification regarding Societies gross receipts more than 1 Crore what is the procedure to follow for filing of IT retun and concerned
