A Society registered u/ 12A, 80G and FCRA based in Delhi.
Its books of accounts is maintained at Lucknow Address.
Do it need to intimate to Income tax office and FCRA such change of maintenance of books of account.

Whether we as Auditor needs any comment on it in our audit report?

30 June 2015 THE SOCIETY HAS TO AMEND ITS BY LAWS FOR KEEPING THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED OFFICE. NECESSARY INFORMATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CIT-EXEMPTION AND MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS ALSO.
