But on the Delhi Government's site, it is mentioned that for formation of Society under Societies Registration Act the names of the persons mentioned in the clause 4 (Governing Body) of the
model of the memorandum must necessarily be included under clause 5 i.e. in
the list of desirous persons / subscribers to the memorandum. This is to say that
member of the Governing Body cannot be outside the list of the desirous persons
/ subscribers to the memorandum.
What does it mean Sir?

Appoint governing body members from desierous person to comply with requirement.

Thanks Sir. My question is suppose desirous persons subscribing to Memorandum are 7 . Can members of governing Council be 8 out of which 7 will be desirous persons and one extra who is not subscribing to the Memorandum
