31 May 2012 i couldn able to view the signatory details for a company. the error is the company has not filed form 32 or din 3 ... but i dunno the what is the exact default? What form i should file now ? can anyone please reply for this ...(the company has filed its return for 5 yrs )

01 June 2012 1)File DIN-3 after obtaining DIN-2 from those directors whose appointment has taken place on or before 01/07/2007.
2)File DIN -4 if PANo was not given in DIN-1.

Sir i could not able to file din -3. it shows an error as : Signature validation failed for signature field for Practicing Professional. The Person is not authorised to sign on this field. What should i do now ?? 2 times i have attached the dsc but it still shows error.... Kindly reply in this regard.

04 June 2012 For e-Filing on MCA21 your Computer must have the following components installed:

(i)Windows XP( SP3 )/Windows Vista/Windows7 and ,
(ii)Internet Explorer v6.0 and above and,

(iii)Adobe Reader V 9.4 and lower versions and,

(iv)Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6 updated version.
Please check your PC contains the above.
