I have to know that new member holding COP is eligible to sign the examination form.
He just cleared his CA exam in nov2012 and he is in partnership in our firm.
i want to sign my examination form from him.

Yes, you will be eligible to sign.
But if a student is doing article ship then principal sign is required.
