dear sir,
I have salary income of Rs. 350500/- including short term capital gain (from selling of shares)for Rs. 39471/- for FY 2012-13.My employer deducted the tax and deposited.
Do i need to pay tax on STCG further and also advise which ITR form i need to file and how ?

itr 2-to be filed.

u need to file it4 as u have speculative business and for business income itr 4 is appropriate.
