Dear Guys,
I am dissolving my partnership firm & I want to start my proprietorship. So, my query is can I use my Shop & establishment license of partnership?? Or I have to take it on Proprietorship?
If I have to renew then what is procedure?

You have to cancel the license of firm and apply for new license of new proprietorship.

Firm and partner's PAN card differs so new license under proprietorship need to be obtained.
