Shifting of regd office

One pvt co has incorporated in 1996 redg. address at ROC pune. In 2005 company has shifted from pune to Mumbai roc. Company has increased it’s autho. capital, filed annual return in 2005 at Mumbai ….docs shown the details of Mumbai address...after 2005 company has not filed any return with Mumbai roc..now we have approach to Mumbai roc they are saying that it is still under pune roc…

I request all members to pl guide me on this matter.

Hi

Please check whether, at the time of transfer the Pune ROC has transfer your file with Mumbai ROC or not.
